RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At BodyCoast we aim for 100% satisfaction. however if you are unsatisfied with your product you can request either an exchange or a refund.
Here's how...
RETURNS PERIOD
If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. Full instructions are provided on the returns slip enclosed with your order.
CONDITION OF ITEM(S)
The product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. All swimwear products must come back with tags and the sanitary liner in tact. For beachwear or accessories, items must have their tags, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Exchanges can be made for items of the same style in a different size or colour, or an alternative item of the same value. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method. Refunds take 5-10 working days to appear on your account.
